My favourite posts are usually the ones that are taken next to the water. There is something magical about ports and beaches, that makes the pictures a little extra special. I love the colours and the atmosphere; calm and relaxed, very refreshing in some way. Perhaps it’s because sea and beach usually reminds me of holiday. Although I lived close to the water half of my life. Every time I go for a run or a walk I like to stop by the sea for a little while and admire its beauty.
It’s getting colder but the good thing about it is, that now you can actually wear clothes at the beach. Yet it’s not too cold to lose the shoes. In my mind the perfect beach look in the middle of october would be something easy, casual and with a bit of a sailor spirit. The most comfortable boyfriend jeans I ever owned, a top with white and black stripes and a big cosy sweater to wrap around you. It’s simple and comfortable, but these kinds of looks are the ones I like the most. When it feels natural and you simply feel good about what you’re wearing. Is that not the most important thing? On top of that the blue sky and setting sun make everything look and feel even better.
